Coffee Column getting started

I've decided to keep a blog - to keep track of my thoughts -- most on coffee and some on other topics. My husband and I just started a cafe so coffee has taken on a new importance in my life (as have tea, other hot and iced drinks, soups and sandwiches), hence the focus on coffee in this journal/blog.
